X-Rays

xray.jpg X-rays are often taken on most patients to give the doctor an inside look at what is going on with the bone structure of the entire spine and surrounding skeletal structure. From this x-ray, the doctor can tell your current spine angles as well as any potential further issues including the potential for additional information such as an MRI.

We understand patients' concerns for radiation exposure. Our x-ray machine is a digitized high frequency unit and we process them to minimize radiation exposure. After this process is complete, anyone would be able to view x-rays as if they were other digital pictures.

X-rays are similar to looking at the components of your mechanical system. Just like any issues with a car, the first thing one does is open up the hood and look inside. X-rays can tell us if your bones are okay and the alignment is normal. Following the inspection, you would turn the engine on and drive around to see if the car is moving well. That is exactly what chiropractic examination can do—to find where you may have problems while in motion.
